New E book Out

September 25, 2007

Well I finally did it. I have completed my new E book. I have entitled it Secret Steps – A Guide for Planning the Life You Want To Live!

I have researched and use my own experience to get this guide together, it has been months of work and going through many compilations to get it done.

I feel that this will help a lot of people through different phases in their lives. The application are wide, yet help people to narrow down exactly what they want in life. This is quite a deal.

I know that I have gone through many different changes and have grabbed many different book, and ended up not knowing anymore than when I started. I wanted to resolve this issue and get things on the straight and narrow.

The feedback I have been getting is awesome. Anyway I am really happy to have gotten this work out. I throw in about $ 1500.00 worth of free goodies with it.

Now I am getting ready to start my next book. Can’t Wait!!

Remembering 911

September 11, 2007

At age 19, I went on a job interview for the State of New York. I was young and did not even comprehend the interview I had.

At that time, I was not very aware of anyone else other than my own needs and wants. It was a surprise when I got a letter to report for work in downtown New York.  My travel from Queens to Manhattan wasn’t new. I must have travel on the trains at least a thousand times. What was new was this building of which when I worked I only viewed from the inside, Tower 2 the World Trade Center.

It was thoroughly modern, express elevators would take you from the lobby level to the 44th floor. There were restaurants, newspaper stands, and even some retail stores. I took a second elevator from the 44th floor to the 45 or 46 floor to the office in which I worked.

Over the next five years, my life was changing. I moved into my first apartment, I got my first bank loan, my first credit card, experienced my first promotion, the first ATM machine, threw my first party, first pets and the first time I learned to completely take care of myself.  I made many friends there, watched King Kong being assembled on the outside of the building while they were shooting the movie. Each day I went on the train and went to work at the Trade Center.

I watched the tight rope walker waltz across the two towering buildings. The views were spectacular, on a clear day you can see New Jersey, the shores of the Hudson and the Atlantic Ocean, and the Majestic Statue of Liberty.

When 9/11 happened and I was informed, I could not believe it. My thoughts raced back to those years wondering, I pray, that no one I knew was there. How could this be, not here, not in the greatest country in the world? I was somber, upset, angry, worried and grief stricken. My company allowed us to go home and check on those that may be affected by such tragedy. Of course, I instinctively called home spoke to my mother and other relatives that had gathered on this eventful day. My family was alright.

Yet I still realized I didn’t know if any of my old friends or co-workers, were still working there. I searched all the lists and the photos and none that I knew by name or face were posted. Though I still grieve for those lost, our fallen brothers, sisters, fathers and mothers, we were robbed of their contributions and joy that they brought to there families and communities.

Today I made a decision to remember the good times. The smiles that I had gotten, the lunches shared with friends, the songs we sang and music we heard at the center.  Maybe the buildings no longer stand, but the beautiful souls that were there, the things I experienced, blessed me to find strength in change and to fear no evil.

Vengeance is not mine to give. No, the only thing I can do is just to do the best that I can, in the time that has been given me. No more, no less could I expect from myself or anyone else. Let the government do what they will, let those who oppose us do what they will. I refuse to give energy to those that oppose us my thoughts will always remain with my home, New York what a town! Her spirit lives on now, her celebrations will always fill my memories and no one will ever take that away from me.

Web 2.1 New Financial Strategy – for Top Multi-Level and Network Marketers

September 10, 2007

Who says you can’t win them all? Cross Leveraging assets and resources to maximize your income and growth, is possible through pre-emptive planning. Top MLM and network marketers have assets and resources that are under utilized.

Let me explain. Most successful multi-level and network marketers have resources and assets such as cash, mailing lists, down lines, up lines and groups that they belong to or sponsor. Most of these marketers utilize their list for affiliate programs or to sell their own products or allied services.

The question arises is this the highest and best use of my resources? Over the years, most marketers have made a lot of friends and have large lists of loyal followings. Yet all that is done is to send offers to purchase other affiliate products or services. Though one receives their commission, in most cases there is no passive residual income that is generated by that one sale. In some cases that person may end up on another affiliate marketers mailing list or programs and thusly no payouts for you.

Let me transgress for a moment. When you built your down line, power line or legs, you have some challenges. The compensation plan for one, if engaged in a 1 or 2 up direct sales system, once your down line gets qualified you then transform from sponsor to competitor. Every time a new recruit makes their qualifications, you have to start all over again.

Consideration of volume requirements in multi level marketing is number two. In multi-level marketing, sales or unit volume qualifications, which may be difficult to fill, may end up losing more resources than you keep. You repeat the same vicious cycle having to recruit over and over again. You lose your resources before you even get started or in mid cycle.

Your down or up lines have to exhaust their money, time, effort and energy to reach their particular niche in direct competition with you. When you lose them, you may feel guilty like you failed them in some way, didn’t live up to the promise, or worst yet they refunded and left with a bad taste in their mouth. I don’t believe that is anyone’s intent, I do believe that you want your people or team to win as much if not more than you. Blaming the individual for not sticking to it will not bring about a solution or make you feel any better.

The truth is we live in the now. The mortgage, credit card and bills for the home, have to be paid now. You lose resources because the income that is necessary to support and maintain even with on line business can be costly. Placing this aside your list of those who have succeeded and are still engaged with you can be helped to make more income for them and for you.

Leaving your resources up for grabs and money on the table is not the best strategy to grow your business. Abandoning your recruits and leaving them to fend for themselves is not a way of continuing a good relationship. As a multi level or network marketer these resources did not come easy. It took time, money and effort to build up these lists and resources. These resources are people, and they have people around them that are nothing but doubters, when or if they fail, their surrounding spheres of influence will say “I told you so.”

How does one break this cycle?  Change your strategy by changing your thinking that is the answer. Let me introduce a new idea Web 2.1 Pre-Emptive Planning.

Pre-emptive planning resolves many issues. This strategy is a “know before you go.” Here’s how it works: you go into your list and gather lets say a half a dozen or a dozen people. Qualify them to enter a business opportunity such as a 2×2 matrix with a weekly payout plan which also includes 4×6 global profit sharing matrix, which does not require any sponsorship for the passive residual income. There are a few of these out there just bear with me.

With your team gathered and ready to go, you sign up and the rest of your team signs up right after you, the order doesn’t matter. The result is predictable, you will cycle and get a payout, which will most likely, if in the right plan, recover your initial investment plus some. The next move is to have each member of the team underneath you to sponsor 2 people (of which they would have already been working on even before they joined up) and then you cycle each time a matrix is completed under you. As the matrix fills so does everyone cycle underneath you.  Having a 4×6 global profit sharing matrix locks everyone into position for passive residual income. No one losses! The effort then can be focused as a team to add more people on for the weekly payouts. You then have synergy! Everyone can help to fill their own and the rest of their teams matrix.

This is completely preemptive, no cost until you actually have your team built, which comes from the resources you already have. You leave no money on the table, you recover your costs quickly, and you and your team are locked into a passive residual income which is built by the company.

But there’s even more, with this preemptive planning you are now in position to form strategic alliances and joint ventures with many of your peers. This breakthrough approach reflects progressive, trendsetting, and creative thinking. The beauty of this is that you can keep building from your own current resources and manage it. No additional marketing would be necessary other than contacting you own following.

Now for the surprise, the product (should relate to marketing) enhances not only the profits generated by sponsorship, but gives more tools to each member of the group to market successfully to others.  Pre-emptive planning, creatively cross leverages your current resources, which maximizes your income. Your team benefits before, during and after the plan is initiated. No more lost resource if anything you will gain more resources to market even more products and services.

When you plan a vacation, you check schedules, locations, and accommodations you need. You bring with you those resources that you have on your trip. This is no different. Utilize your resources to the best advantage of all and your will increase your income by providing more service.

How important is it to have safe lists? Can they really be effective?

September 10, 2007

I have had safe list before and found that they are not as effective as they could be. I do know that the double opt in list are better as far as spam. No one likes spam!  I guess it depends where you join or where you buy safe list from. You can either get a good list that is hot or a bad list that is really cold. Especially for people looking for opportunities they just get barraged with a lot of “try me” ads.

Email marketing really depends on building a loyal following and those who welcome the email that they receive. I know that I don’t really like to get too much email and safe lists do offer that feature of not getting bombarded with 1000 emails a day. No one has the time to go through it all, so opportunities are lost if you don’t use the list correctly.  The worst thing in the world is getting an opted in list that has been resold 500 times. That places one in the position that you are just the same as everyone else.

I don’t believe that opted in list are that great, but you can get one or two sales out of it. The best thing is to keep the list and just keep in communication with those people.  The reason for this is that life changes. So does the needs of the people you promote to. At some time they may need your product or service. I use safe lists for my Networking business that seems to work alright. It is getting me plenty of good leads and closes.
